CATERING TERMS
Prices are valid for ninety (90) days from date of estimate and are subject to change. There is a Two hundred and fifty dollar (250.00) non refundable deposit required to hold the date. This deposit will be applied to Total Amount Due at time of services. Deposit will not be refunded if catering event is cancelled by client.
PAYMENT TERMS
Half of total payment is due thirty (30) days prior to event and the remaining balance is due fifteen (15) days prior to event. There will be a fifty dollar ($50.00) deposit due on rental items. Rental deposit will be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt and approved condition of all rental items and containers.
RENTAL REPLACEMENT COST
Any rental item that is lost or damaged will require a replacement charge in addition to the rental charge already imposed. It is the responsibility of the client to return the shortage within 24 hours of notice by Ruiz Catering and Rental. Once rental items have been picked up or delivered, the rental item(s) becomes the client's responsibility and remains so until received back by Ruiz Catering and Rental.
RENTAL RETURNS
All rental items must be returned within 72 hours with no exceptions. All linen must be returned free from any and all items edible or not. Any linen with stain(s) must be kept separate and stains must be removed. Do not leave any linen that are wet or moist, inside of or on top of any plastic items or containers. All glassware must be returned as received in containers they were sent in. All items must be returned rinsed and without liquid or solid items on or in them. The client will be charged for any missing items, including containers.
